Chrysanthemum, related to chamomile and mattram.
Chinese emperor families used chrysanthemums already in ancient times.
The taste is bitter and sweet.
Chrysanthemum tea has a golden color and smells of nectar. The chrysanthemum buds are one of the most treasured flowers, they are picked before the flower has fully erupted and opened, giving it a unique taste.
Place 3-4 flowers in a glass and pour on boiling water. If you do not drink all the tea but leave a little, you can add hot water to the same flowers a few times.
