Bag of slices from the Lingzhi mushroom body.
Boil 10g (about 10 slices) in 1 liter of water for 20 minutes. Drink the decoction during the day. Save the mushrooms for the next day, add 10 new slices and boil in fresh water. Continue like so for seven days, and after the seventh day you can use the water for a foot bath.
